Mohali: The Department of Commerce, University School of Management Studies, Rayat Bahra University, in collaboration with Right Side Story, a training partner of Procter & Gamble, successfully organised a Youth Engagement Program titled “Empowering Excellence – Personality Development Workshop” under the Emotional Stress Release (ESR) initiative.
The workshop, supported by Whisper and Gillette, aimed to promote awareness about hygiene, confidence, health, and overall well-being among young students. Prof. (Dr.) Kavita Aggarwal, Head of the Department of Commerce, highlighted that such programmes play a vital role in shaping students’ personal and professional growth.
Representatives Saloni Sikka and Avni Garg from Right Side Story conducted interactive sessions that encouraged students to develop self-esteem and a sense of social responsibility. The participants showed great enthusiasm throughout the event, which concluded on a cheerful note with the distribution of exciting goodie bags.
